  • The purpose of this research is to discover the impact of leadership style and work environment on employee’s motivation at PT Mentari Timur Unggul. This research was conducted by questionnaires to 95 employee’s at PT Mentari Timur Unggul. The research results shows the relationship between leadership style (X1) on work motivation (Y) by 0,590 and has the effect of 34,8%. Work environment variables (X2) on employee’s motivation have a relationship by 0,607 and has the effect of 36,8%. Whereas leadership style (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee’s motivation (Y) is conducted simultaneously shows the relationship by 0,742 and has the effect of 55,1%. The relationship between leadership style and work environment on employee’s motivation either partially or simultaneously have a strong relationship. Leadership style and work environment on employee’s motivation at PT Mentari Timur Unggul has a higher impact if the leadership style and work environment carried out simultaneously. The result of this research of this research expecting that the company may apply the leadership style and work environment simultaneously, so that the company may achieve the higher level of employee’s motivation
