- Problem which is often became of the natural patient operate for the laparatomi is trouble sleep, though sleep to give the time of repair and healing for very body system in requiring by patient, specially at patient pasca operate. Sleep trouble which is in experiencing of patient pasca operate laparatomi usually because of factor nutrisi and feel the pain in bone of hurt operate.This research aimed to know the factors which deal with quality sleep at patient post operate for laparatomi in RSUD Prof.Dr. Aloei Saboe of Town Gorontalo. Method used is analytic survey with the approach of cross sectional study. Sampel taken to use the tekhnik purposive sampling, as much 17 respondent. Data collecting use the kuesioner and analyse the data use the test chi-square with the meaning storey level 95% (? = 0,05). Result of research indicate that there relation between pain in bone with the Quality sleep at patient post operate for the laparatomi with the value of p value=0,000. meanwhile there were non relation between nutrisi with the Quality sleep at patient post operate for the laparatomi with the value of p value=0,110.
