- Ruptur perineum yaitu luka perineum yang diakibatkan oleh rusaknya jaringan secara alamiah karena proses desakan kepala janin atau bahu pada saat proses persalinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan mobilisasi dini dan vulva hygiene dengan penyembuhan luka perineum. Desain penelitian survey analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Pengambilan sampel dengan tehnik accidental sampling, jumlah sampel 30 orang. Dari hasil uji analisis chi-square menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan mobilisasi dini dengan penyembuhan luka perineum dengan nilai p-value = 0,003 ? < (0,05) dan ada hubungan vulva hygiene dengan penyembuhan luka perineum dengan nilai p-value = 0,002 ? < (0,05) maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan mobilisasi dini dan vulva hygiene dengan penyembuhan luka perineum pada ibu postpartum.Perineal rupture is a perineal wound caused by tissue damage naturally due to the insistence of the fetal head or shoulder during labor. This study aimed to determine the relationship between early mobilization and vulva hygiene toward healing of perineal wounds. It used a Design of quantitative analytic survey with cross sectional approach. The samples were 30 people. The results of the chi-square analysis test shows that there is a relationship between early mobilization and perineal wound healing with p-value = 0.003 ? < (0.05) and there is a relationship of vulva hygiene with healing of perineal wounds with p-value = 0.002 ? < (0.05) then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between early mobilization and vulva hygiene with healing of perineal wounds in postpartum mothers.
