- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi Program Pembangunan Infrastruktur di Desa Pangahu Kecamatan Asparaga Kabupaten Gorontalo. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa implementasi pembangunan infrastruktur di Desa Pangahu Kecamatan Asparaga Kabupaten Gorontalo dilihat dari sisi indikator komunikasi, sumberdaya, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi didapatkan hanya satu indikator saja yakni indikator struktur birokrasi yang dianggap belum sepenuhnya berjalan dengan baik, dimana masih ada ketidakpuasan sebagian masyarakat pada proses pembangunan infrastruktur di Desa Pangahu.This study aims to determine how the Implementation of Infrastructure Development Program in Pangahu Village, Asparaga District, Gorontalo Regency. This research is included in the type of descriptive research with a qualitative research approach. The results of the study found that the implementation of infrastructure development in Pangahu Village, Asparaga District, Gorontalo Regency in terms of the indicators of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure obtained only one indicator, namely indicators of bureaucratic structures that are considered not fully running well, where there is still dissatisfaction of some people in the infrastructure development process in Pangahu Village.
