- This research aimed to know the implementation and the obstagcles of placing handicapped employees on private companies in Sleman Regency. The research result showed that the regulation of placing handicapped employees has not been enforced yet by private companies in Sleman Regency. The obstacles of the implementation are in the following: there is a limitation of work opportunities for handicapped employees. The skill of handicapped employees is not accordance with requirement and the access ability of job, there is not a good cooperation among agencies is needed. And there is a limitation of APBN to improve the activity of handicapped
