- Purposes - The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of capital structure on profitability; influence of the capital structure to share price; the effect of profitability on stock prices; and the influence of capital structure on stock prices through profitability. Methods - The research approach used is quantitative approach. Research data of 30 companies as sample research. while the data analysis used is path analysis Findings - First, the capital structure has a positive and insignificant effect on profitability. Second, the capital structure has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices. Third, profitability has a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices. Fourth, profitability is mediated by the influence of capital structure on stock prices. Keywords - Capital Structure, Profitability And Stock Price.
