- ABSTRACT Advocate in running duty and his function as a advocate will become fasilitator in searching truth and uphold justice to advocate human right and give defense of law having the character of unbiased self-supporting and free and also, either in outside and also in justice. Its problems is: how forms responsibility of crime to advocate hindering process investigation of Doing An Injustice Corruption? And how process is straightening of law to Advocate hindering process investigation of Doing An Injustice Corruption?. This Research law of normatif with approach of its problems with legislation and is conceptual. Than solution got by the following result: forms responsibility of crime to advocate hindering process investigation of Doing An Injustice Corruption that is can be imposed section 21 Code Number 31 Year 1999 jo. Code Number 20 Year 2001 About Eradication of doing An Injustice Corruption. Process the straightening of law to Advocate hindering process investigation of Doing An Injustice Corruption that is pursuant to procedure of criminal going into effect. In its execution of and arrest of investigation to advocate hindering investigation process and inspection of corruption doing an injustice also have to pay attention procedure going into effect and immunity rights had by advocate so that applying of code walk optimally. Suggestion able to be raised is to legislative party better revise section 21 Code Number 31 Year 1999 Code Number jo 20 Year 2001 About Doing An Injustice Corruption because do not differentiate clearly between public doing an injustice and special doing an injustice and do not explain about criterion hinder process investigation of corruption doing an injustice. To Judge which giving crime fallout to advocate hindering process investigation of corruption doing an injustice better more is considering of its decision because advocate keep off direct in corruption case. For the party of Public attorney to do investigation to advocate hindering process investigation of corruption doing an injustice ought to request permit to Honorary Council of Organization Advocate to do detention and arrest to advocate.
