- The Craftsmen of Ainan Fen Woven Group in Oesena Village, Amarasi Subdistrict, Kupang Regency, is one of the craftsmen who has woven fabrics with good colors, sizes, shapes and patterns. Although there are many enthusiasts of woven fabric products, the welfare of their woven fabric craftsmen is still low, business development is not dynamic, and product demand cannot be fulfilled because the craftsmen do not focus on the business carried out. The community empowerment program of UT’s regional office of Kupang made improvements to business and institutional management in the form of implementing business principles. As a result, craftsmen were able to record the transactions of goods through simple bookkeeping, the determination of competitive selling prices, cash arrangement of one-door organizations through treasurers, the application of cash and carry sales systems, organizational empowerment through the division of tasks and responsibilities, and one-door services through chairman in dealing with buyers.
