- Mastery of primary school teachers in Pangkalan Baru Subdistrict towards problems related to the preparation of the final semester test is still weak. The difficulty that is mainly felt is when the teachers will determine the criteria for questions such as the level of the question, the indicator of the questions that are in accordance with the expected goals of the questions to be developed, and not yet able to distinguish operational indicators. In collaboration with the Office of the Pangkalan Baru District Education Area Coordinator and the Central Bangka Regency Education and Culture Office, UT Pangkalpinang lecturers carry out the final semester test writing training to the teachers in the form of writing training on the end of semester test questions. The forms of training provided are: a) the preparation and development of the final semester test material in the objective form, b) making assessment indicators and basic competencies (instructional objectives) appropriately, c) developing the questions grid, d) practicing studying the questions end semester test, e) compile and develop the final semester test questions correctly, f) do the test using a good test question. The training was attended by the Depati Amir cluster and the Depati Barin group, each consisting of 8 elementary school teachers. The results achieved are: a) the participant is able to make a test grid, and b) the participant is able to develop objective test material
