- Community policing would be the proper way to achievement of winning trust from the community and building partnerships with the community. This is explained by the concept of Crime Prevention Strategy, Community Policing,and is framed within the framework of the partnership theory, theory of situational crime prevention and community-based crime prevention. Data were collected by interviews and searching for data from other sources. The data collected is then analyzed with the principles of qualitative data analysis. Analysis of the data showed that there are limited human resources Bhabinkamtibmas of a police program (Bhabinkamtibmas) of the villages and competence in terms of aspects of ability/skill, knowledge/knowledge and attitude/attitude. Ideally Bhabinkamtibmas is a security analyst who has the ability to problem solver and a crime analyst in order to perform a security assessment. Community participation in the system of crime prevention through community policing is one of the main principles of success. The direct involvement of the community in crime prevention activities must come to the decision-making stage.
