- The industrial revolution 4.0 led to the application of communication and information technology to libraries. At this time, to make communication instantaneous between the giver of information and the recipient of information, as well as communication between users and librarians, could be done anywhere and anytime. Media technology began to make character changes in the library. The library as a means of fulfilling the needs of information began to shift that could be obtained without having to come to the library. The library user can now fully access the library from anywhere and anytime. The phenomenon of the virtual visitor of library websites is now also a benchmark of how access to information resources that has begun to change. Changes in information seeking and service culture in libraries also have an impact on the behavior of social interaction between the users and librarians, both fellow librarians, fellow readers, and even between users and librarians. It can be said that the change in information seeking culture in libraries has changed the way to interact and communicate betweenlibrarians and users.
