- This research was included in the category of descriptive correlational research. The study was conducted to give a description of the factors that are supporters of behavioral factors (Xl) and the implementation of the norms of factors (X2), then analyze these factors and to find his role on the quality of services provided. Subjects were employees of UPT DPPKAD Kabupaten Bangka. Samples were taken from the entire staff was saturated because the number of samples is relatively small. The. result show that there is a strong influence between behavioral variables (Xl) to performance apparatus (Y) at 0,567. Implementation of the norm (X2) on the performance of the apparatus (Y) correlated apparatus of 0,641. When carried out simultaneously between behavioral variables (Xl) and the implementation of norms (X2) on the performance of the apparatus (Y) then the correlations of 0,739. In conclusion, this study proved that the behavior of (Xl) and the , implementation of the norm (X2), the apparatus has a positive and significant impact on the performance of the apparatus (Y). The finding of this study indicated that implementation of the norms of behavior and can improve the performance of the apparatus thus improving the performance of the group and further improve overall organizational performance.
