  • The success of the quality of service for students, in facts, cannot be separated from efforts to improve the services provided to the various aspects of the UT operational service sand the development of innovation. One of the efforts to improve the service is to provide alternative ways for non‐basic education and post‐graduate students to register online. The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of online registration services provided for UT student sascustomers, especially in the area of UPBJJ‐UT Kupang and identify the dimensions of service quality of online registration that considered the most powerful. This research is a descriptive study and using quantitative approach to data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to UT students as respondents. Dimensions of quality that are used to measure service qualityin UPBJJ‐UT Kupang is the following dimensions: efficiency, reliability, ease of navigation, responsiveness, and contact. The results of this study indicate that UT students in Kupang have agood perception for the quality of the online registration provided by UPBJJ‐UT Kupang. While the most powerful dimension of online registration at UPBJJ‐UT Kupang is contact dimension.
