- This presents an analysis of impact at Tarif Dasar Listrik (TDL) and Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) on inflation function in Indonesia, 1991-2001. Using Partial Adjustment Model (PAM) function the author finds that parameter of lag variable is 0,53. This means that difference between real inflation and desired inflation will be released in one semester.
