  • Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan pengelolaan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT (Numbered Heads Together) pada sistem pernapasan manusia, (2) mendeskripsikan respon peserta didik setelah diajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran NHT (Numbered Heads Together), (3) mengetahui ketuntasan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik materi sistem pernapasan manusia setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran NHT (Numbered Heads Together), (4) mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik materi sistem pernapasan manusia setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran NHT (Numbered Heads Together). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penilitiannya deskriptif dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sampel yang dipilih yaitu kelas XI IPA MA Muslimat NU Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini dilakasanakan pada bulan januari sampai dengan bulan februari 2018. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar pengamatan pengelolaan pembelajaran, angket respon peserta didik, dan soal tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) nilai pengelolaan pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran NHT (Numbered Heads Together) didapat nilai sebesar 3,84 dengan kategori baik; (2) respon peserta didik terhadap model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT memperoleh rata-rata persentase yang menjawab iya sebesar 82,31%. Rata-rata persentase yang menjawab tidak sebesar 17,69%. (3) ketuntasan hasil belajar kognitif individual diperoleh 34 orang tuntas dan 9 orang tidak tuntas, sedangkan ketuntasan klasikal diperoleh 79,07% dengan kategori tidak tuntas; (4) terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik menggunakan model pembelajaran NHT (Numbered Heads together) dengan gain sebesar 40,84 dan N-gain sebesar 0,64 dengan kategori sedang. ABSTRACT This research aimed: (1) to describe management of cooperative learning typed NHT (Numbered Heads Together) to human respiration system, (2) to describe students’ response after taught by using learning model typed NHT (Numbered Heads Together), (3) to know students’ cognitive learning result on human respiration system material after using learning model typed NHT (Numbered Heads Together), (4) to know the improvment students’ learning result on human respiration system material after using learning model typed NHT (Numbered Heads Together). This research used quantitative approach and the kind of research was descriptive by using purposive sampling, sample choosen was class XI IPA MA Muslimat NU Palangka Raya. This research had been done from January to February 2018. Instrument that used was learning management observation sheet, students’ response questionarre, and questions test of learning result. The result of this research was: (1) learning management score using model typed NHT (Numbered Heads Together) resulted score as much as 3,84 high category; (2) students’ response of using model types NHT (Numbered Heads Together) got percentage average that answered yes as 82,31%. Percentage average that answered no as 17,69%; (3) individual cognitive learning completeness results 34 students and 9 students not and classical completeness resulted 79,07% as failed categoty; (4) there the improvement of students’ learning result by using model types NHT (Numbered Heads Together) gain as much as 40/84 and N-gain as much as 0’64 medium category.
