Namun pada saat ini peneliti menemukan sebuah fenomena, yaitu adanya kelebihan beras zakat fitrah yang dijual di beberapa masjid kota Palangka Raya. Hal ini tentunya harus di teliti untuk mencari tahu kebenarannya. Jadi tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pendapat para ulama terkait bolehtidaknya jual beli kelebihan beras zakat fitrah tersebut. Beranjak dari rumusan masalah : yaitu (1) Bagaimana praktik jual beli sisa beras zakat fitrah? (2) Bagaimana hukum jual beli sisa beras zakat fitrah di masjid menurut para Ulama Kota Palangka Raya?
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan, menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskritif, adapun subjek penelitian ini adalah para Ulama kota Palangka Raya.Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adaapun teknik analisis data peneltian yaitu data collection, data reduction, data display dan data conslousions.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa para ulama kota Palangka Raya memiliki pendapat yang berbeda-beda tentang jual beli sisa beras zakat fitrah, ada ulama yang memperbolehkannya dengan alasan berdasarkan pada beberapa kaidah ushul fiqih, sedangkan ada pula ulama yang tidak memperbolehkan dengan alasan untuk kehati-hatian, karena ditakutkan dapat menyalahi akad dalam pelaksanaan zakat fitrah. Pada awalnya peneliti mengikuti pendapat ulama yang tidak memperbolehkan transaksi jual beli ini, namun setelah penelitian ini dilakukan lebih jauh maka peneliti menarik kesimpulan bahwa jual beli sisa beras zakat fitrah diperbolehkan dengan alasan untuk menambah kas masjid dan membeli keperluan masjid. 

ABSTRACT

Zakat is one of the five pillars of Islam, zakat is also one of the obligations in it. the mandatory terms and conditions of validity and the prescriptions are regulated in the Qur'an. But at this time the author found a phenomenon,There’s excess rive of zakat fitrah which on sale at some mosques in Palangka Raya city. This thing should be research to find the truth. So the purpose of this study is to know and analyze how the opinion of the scholars concerned in allowing whether or not to sell the excess rice of zakat fitrah. Going from the formula of the problem: (1) How to practice the sale and purchase of the excess rice zakat fitrah? (2) How is the law of buying and selling the excess rice of zakat fitrah in the mosque according to the scholars of Palangka Raya City?
This research is a field research, using descriptive qualitative research method, while the subject of this research is the scholars of Palangka Raya city. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. There are also techniques of data analysis of research that is data collection, data reduction, data display any data conslousions.
The results of this study show that the scholar s of the city of Palangka Raya have difference opinion of the sale of excess rice of Zakat fitrah, some scholars allows that with reasons based on some rules of ushul fiqih, while some scholars not allow for reasons of caution, because feared can violate the contract in the implementation of zakat fitrah.
