- Integrated waste management policy in Indonesia has implemented institutional models in the policy-making process of the country. The focus of attention of this model lies in the structure oJ' government organization that holds an authorization policy determines, in this case done by the Ministry of Environment that is part of the Government. The division of authority for the area in an integrated waste management needs to be supported by local Rule Making (Regulation) by conducting a prospective policy analysis, policy analysis retrosfective, or integrated policy analysis to determine a motive and the quality of the policy.
