- The objective of the research is to study the relastionship between achievement motivation, evaluation about user education program, knowledge of information searching technique and students' attitudes towards academic library services. This survey was conducted at Bogor Agricultural University Library in Bogor, West Java with n = 200 selected by non proportional stratified random sampling. The research concludes that there is no relationship between knowledge of information searching technique with student attitudes towards academic library services, but there are positive relationships between : (1) achievement motivation (X1 and students' attitudes towards academic library services (Y) with r 2—.151 and Y= 88.076 + .236 X,. (2) evaluation about user education program (X2) and students' attitudes towards academic library services (Y) with ry2 = .491 and Y = 81.401 + 262 X2. Furthemore. there is positive relationship between achievement motivation and evaluation about user education program with students' attitudes towards academic library services with 12,12 = 304 and multiple regression Y 64.110 + .173X2 + .257 X.
