- ICT is the core of BPR and plays the most important role in innovation of business processes in the area of national resipotory provider. The reengineering must combine with ICT to allow room for innovations and further commented that ICT is an important facilitator. A considerable amount of processes could not be reengineered without ICT and some of the roles of ICT in a BPR project are increasing their participation levels in all fields of a BPR initiative and providing vital information about automated processes to business analysts. In national repository provider, BPR involves a whole new way of thinking about how work should be performed and then reshaping the business processes to attain a breakthrough in performance level. The goal is dramatic performance improvements to meet contemporary requirements—and ICT is seen as a key enabler in this process. This study emphasize the strategic role to managing change within an organization to enabling crtical succses point of national repository and national information database through the adoption of BPR and ICT emerging technology.
