- Background: The changes of era causes Indonesian youth to experience rapid social changesfrom traditional society to modern society accompanied by media revolution and technologicaldevelopment. This paradigm causes sex to be something that is not longer sacred. Teenagersgain reproductive knowledge from printed Medias and electronic Medias, peers, as well associal interaction which has unclear truth. This caused the youth interaction pattern to befree and supported by the availability of facility, thus resulting sexual activity even continue tosexual relationship. Pre-marital sexual behavior with the low level of teenager’s knowledgeof reproductive health resulted in many bad effect in which one of them is teenagers pregnancy.The pregnancy is commonly an unwanted pregnancy by teenagers. The occurance of unwantedpregnancy in teenagers is influenced by several factors such as: family factors, individualfactors, as well as factors from their relation with their peers. The objection of research was to know the influencing factors of unwanted pregnancyoccurance in teenagers in vilage Balecatur Gamping Sleman Yogyakarta Method: The type of research is qualitative research. The subject in this research is theteenage who experienced KTD which consist of three subjects. The method used to acquireresearch subject is by using non probability sampling. The method to collect the data is byusing in-depth interview guides. The media to collect the data is cellular phone.Result: The family factors that influence KTD upon the respondents are the emotional bondsin he family is considerably low, the loose parental observation towards respondent’sinteraction, the communication puberty period, sexual activity frequencies, the activeness ofcontra septic media (condom). Respondent’s interaction patterns leading to socially-freeinteraction.Conclusion: Some influencing factors than influence the unwanted pregnancy are: familyfactors, individual factors, interaction with peers at the same age.Keywords: Unwanted pregnancy influencing factors, teenage.
