- Muslim scholars who require the final offer agreement (shigat) and granted in the form of speech with certain words such as "buy and sell" shows that muslim scholars of the shafi’i qauly school, while scholars which states the obligation the final offer agreement and granted, but words which do not particular like the above, it is said that muslim scholars of the manhajy school. However, the muslim scholars states that there is no obligation for the final offer agreement (shigat),these scholars are not shafi’iyyah oriented, but as a cross-sectarian muslim scholars and not tied to a particular school. In the context of these final offer agreement (shigat),these scholars argue, in the opinion of muslim scholars majority stating that the ffansaction without the final offer agreement (shigat) is considered valid, and this transaction is called with Ba'i al-mu'atah.
