  • The problem formulation of this research are : First, How is the lecturers’ pedagogic competence of lecturers in English Teaching Learning process at the lowest level class; Second, How is the lecturers’ professional competence of lecturers in English Teaching Learning process at the lowest level class. The subject of this research is the lecturers who teaches at the lowest level class this class (A+) 79,80,81 until (B) 82 class of PPB at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin, and the object of this research is the the lecturers’ competences in English Teaching and Learning process at the lowest level class of PPB at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. The data of this research are collected through observation, interview and documentary. All of the data collected the process through selecting, transforming and classifying. They are organized qualitative descriptive in order to describe the lecturers competences in teaching English also the methods and techniques they are used. The result of this researcher show the lecturers who teaching in the lowest class quiet varied, but there are several things to be evaluated as pedagogic competences and professional competences. The lecturers must improve teaching ability in class especially the lowest class. The lowest class need a lecturers mastery of pedagogic competence and professional competence to improve skill student in English Language.
