Keywords: students’ achievement, English, vocabulary This research is about the eleventh grade students’ achievement in English vocabulary of different majors at SMK Bina Banua Banjarmasin. The problem formulation is: How is the students’ achievement in English vocabulary at the eleventh grade of different majors at SMK Bina Banua Banjarmasin. The population of this research is 195 students of eleventh grade at SMK Bina Banua Banjarmasin and took 61 students of the eleventh grade students of different majors as samples. This research is both descriptive qualitative and quantitative research. The data were collected by using observation, interview, written test, and documentary. Data processing in this research is divided five phases: collecting, editing, scoring, tabulating, and data interpretation The results of students’ achievement test in English vocabulary show that their achievements are different, the students of Accounting class got the mean score 80,8 that categorize them into “Excellent” category. The students of Broadcasting class got the mean score 79 that categorize them into “Good” category. The students of Computer Network class got the mean score 48 that categorize them into “Sufficient” category. The students of Marketing class got the mean score 81 that categorize them into “Excellent” category. The students of Graphics Preparation class got the mean score 60,5 that categorize them into “Good” category. The students of tourism class got the mean score 87,6 that categorize them into “Excellent” category.
