- The failure of the implemetation of online registration of new students in Indonesia indicates that consumer demand is not meet, particulerb the Education Department and the community as consumers and service recipients. A good system is a system of development following the steps set forth in the initial phase of information systems with the development of a conceptual model of the system, This study aims to produce a conceptual model of the new student registration system with the application of general research design method (GMDR) in the study. A total of 36 respondents, which is a new student registration committee of the State and public high schools involved in the study of Banjarmasin. The result shows a conceptual model of online enrollment system includes four main modules: data input, data processing, database and website.
