Exactly in Martapura Kota District, Banjar Regency. 4 English teachers of the year 2007/2008 are the subject of this research. And the object of this research is the utilize of language laboratory in teaching English at MTsN Model Martapura. The problems of this research are formulated as follows: 1) How is the utilize of language laboratory in teaching English at MTsN Model Martapura? And, 2) What factors which influence the utilize of language laboratory in teaching English at MTsN Model Martapura? In order to achive the purposes and to get the data. They are interview, observation and documents. All those data are processed by editing, coding, tabulating and interpretation. Analyzed by descriptive qualitative and concluded by inductive method. In utilizing the language laboratory at this school is not effective by students. It should have been utilized 4 or 5 times on a month, 90 minutes for each session. But in fact, the utilize of language laboratory is less of it and not all student can teach English in language laboratory maximally. Then the influential factors on the utilize of language laboratory in teaching English are the teacher’s education background and experience that enough supported or influenced. And language laboratory facilities that enough well influence, although some of them are out of order. But the number of students for each class is not balance with the facilities utilizing language laboratory.
