  • This research aimed to investigate Teacher’s intervention to develop student’s Speaking Skill’s the eighth grade at MTs Modern Puteri Cindai Alus Martapura. The problem statement of the research are : 1.What kind of teachers’ intervention in teaching speaking skill of MTs Modern Puteri Cindai Alus Martapura South Kalimantan?,2.How to student’s responses of use teacher’s intervetion in speaking skill at classroom?,3.How is students’ development in speaking skill after the application of Teachers intervention? This research use descriptive qualitative research which the data is descriptive qualitative research. To collect the data, the writer uses some technique such as observation, Interview and documentary. Data processing in this research is divided into three phases: reduction of data, display the data and verification. Then, all the data are analyzed descriptively. The subject of this research are. 1. This research focuses on intervention teacher’s speaking skill in the used in the classroom. 2. And then focused student response when the teacher use intervention in speaking skill at the classsroom. 3. To development describe students’ responses when the teacher apply teaching intervention in English learning at the classroom. The results of this study indicate that there are several types of strategiesthat teacher’s use in develop the ability in English there are 3 strategies 1. provide clear direction 2. vocabulary 3.grammar.
