Keywords : Microteaching, Pre-Service teachers’, Self-confidence This research was aimed to see how self-confidence growing for pre-service teachers’ in every teaching practice in the class. Then, when get the data, the researchers choose descriptive qualitative research who need 3 meeting including first meeting, second meeting as a middle test and third meeting as a final test. The research who conducted in pre-service teachers’ class from microteaching agenda or PPL 1. Then, the researchers join to the class who have 11 pre-service teachers’, consist of 3 male pre-service teachers’ and 8 female pre-service teachers’. The instrument used to get the data is fill the teaching evaluation to every pre-service teachers’. The finding showed that every pre-service teachers’ growing their selfconfidence in every meeting. First meeting, they still have self-confidence, from they can showed the material in front of their friends. Second meeting, their self-confidence better than first meeting. Third meeting, they showed self-confidence has growing from them. Microteaching has success growing self-confidence to pre-service teachers’.
