This study aimed to know pre-service English Language teachers of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin’s beliefs of their own feedback providing practices in PPL 1, described types of oral feedback that they give in PPL 1, and also determined the types of feedback and frequency of each type that they use in PPL 1. The subject of this study was 11 of pre-service teachers in English Department of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. The object of this study was preteachers’ beliefs and type of oral feedback provided by them during in PPL 1. To collect the data, the researcher used some instruments such as questionnaire, interview, and observation. Then the data is collected, processed, and analyzed by descriptive. The finding of this study showed that most of Pre-Service English Language teachers believe that feedback is constructive criticism and advice/tips, feedback that they provide can encourage their students in learning activities, and feedback is effective. Overall, Pre-service English Language teachers of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin provided feedback is 403 times. The most frequently used type of oral feedback is praise
