- Indonesia needs to obtain the legal protection that can provide safety and comfort both to businesses and consumers. Since the enactment of Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection on 20 April 1999 (hereinafter referred to as the Consumer Protection Act is one of the laws and regulations is a fortress of strength businesses inside and businessmen from abroad and also a protection for consumers. Consumer Protection Act regulates the rights and obligations of businesses and consumers. Based on the description above, there are problems.
