- This paper aims to assess regional autonomy within the scope of implementation and the impact of regional autonomy policies as well as the authority of the central and regional governments. The results of this paper discussion are: First, regional autonomy is the existence of an authority for the Regional Government to determine its own policies aimed at the implementation of local governance wheels in accordance with the aspirations of its people. Second, the relationship of central and regional authorities in the implementation of regional autonomy policy has not been fully implemented properly. Because the central government is still not wholeheartedly to give these authorities to the Regional Government.
