PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA RUANGAN, MANAJEMEN WAKTU, DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA PERAWAT DI RSUD HAJI PROVINSI SULAWESI SELATAN

  • ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengamati seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan, manajemen waktu dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja perawat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUD Haji Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dengan jumlah populasi 40, dan penarikan sampel juga berjumlah 40 responden. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi langsung. Waktu penelitian dilakukan selama 2 bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan terhadap motivasi kerja perawat. (2) ada pengaruh manajemen waktu terhadap motivasi kerja perawat. (3) ada pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja perawat. (4) ada sekitar 90,6 % pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, manajemen waktu dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja perawat. (5) Variabel gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi motivasi kerja perawat. Kata kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan, manajemen waktu, kompensasi, motivasi kerja ABSTRACT This study aims to identify and observe how much influence the leadership style of the head of the room, time management and compensation to nurse work motivation. The method used in this research is survey method with quantitative approach, this research was conducted in the general hospital of haji area of south sulawesi province with a population of 40, and the sampling also amounted to 40 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and direct observation. The research was carried out for 2 months. The results showed that: (1) There is effect of leadership style of head of room to nurse work motivation. (2) There is effect of time managemnt on nurse work motivation. (3) There is a compensatory effect on nurse work motivation. (4) There are around 90,6% of the influence of the head of room leadership style, time management and compensation for work motivaton of nurses. (5) the variable the leadership style of the head of the room is the most dominant variable affecting the work motivation of the nurse.
