- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a form of organization’s responsibility to the society and environment, which is disclosed in the organization’s annual report called sustainability report. This research compares the sustainability report disclosed by PT. Aneka Tambang, Tbk, PT. Pertamina, Tbk, PT. Indo Tambang Raya Megah Tbk, and PT. Kaltim Prima Coal, Tbk using compatibility guidelines published by Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) as the comparison basis. This descriptive research uses qualitative approach. The data were analyzed using comparative analysis on the social performance reports of the four organizations to reveal the compliance level of the reports and to draw conclusions from the reports. The result is that PT. Aneka Tambang, Tbk has the highest compliance in 2014-2015. The company becomes the only company with stable performance, in which its compliance level is the same with the previous year.
