In Vitro digestibility analysis was done&#xD; at Animal Nutrition Laboratory, Faculty of Animal&#xD; Husbandry, University of Brawijaya Malang. The objective of&#xD; this rescarch was to measure the effect of plant spacing and&#xD; cutting age dwarf elephant grass (Pennisetum purpureum cv.&#xD; Mott) on digestibility of dry matter (DMD) and organic mater&#xD; (OMD). The method used in this research was split plot&#xD; randomized block design with 3 replications. Main factor was&#xD; cutting age is: U40, U50, U60 and was planting space: J1, J2,&#xD; J3. The variables observed were dry matter, organic matter, In&#xD; Vitro dry matter and organic matter digestibility. The result of&#xD; this research showed that cutting age gave significantly effect&#xD; (P&lt;0.01) on dry matter and organic matter with result 60 days&#xD; cutting age had high dry matter and organic. The result of&#xD; analysis cutting age showed that effect (P&lt;0.05) dry matter&#xD; digestibility with result 40 days cutting age had high dry&#xD; matter disgestibility but organic matter digestibility showed no significantly difference effect (P&gt;0.05) between cutting age&#xD; 40, 50, 60 days.
