- "This research studies the implementation of control over the distribution of illegal liquors according to Regional Regulation of Bontang Number 27 of 2002 concerning Ban on and Control over Liquors Distribution and Sale. This research departs from the growing distribution of illegal liquors in Bontang city, making the liquors easy to get by everyone in inappropriate places. With the socio-juridical method and qualitative descriptive approach, this research is intended to find out and analyze the implementation of the control over the distribution of the liquors and see the impeding factors of the case and measures taken by the Civil Service Police Unit in the case.
