In this final project we will discuss the construction inventory model for deteriorating item with cubic demand rate, without shortages. The main objective EOQ model are to minimize the total cost of inventory. Numerical simulations are given to illustrate the behavior of the model. Through sensitivity analysis we will know the effect of the deterioration parameter. Based on numerical simulations, the obtained value of the minimum total cost (TC) is 610,778.
