Thes aims of this research was to analyze the relationship of days open and service per conception with milk production and milk quality in Friesian Holstein crossbred cows. Research started on September 9th to October 10th 2014. Research method used a case study and purposively the sampling method for sample collection. Data obtained from observation directly and an interview with the farmers. Fat levels and levels of a protein analysis conducted in laboratory of dairy cattle at faculty of Animal Husbandry Brawijaya University. Analysis data was simple liniar regression using SPSS software 16.0 version. Results showed that the average milk production of 13,767±3,587 liter ECM/head/day. Days open 177,80±120,25 day and service per conception 5,33±2,44. The relationship of days open with milk production of Friesian Holstein crossbred cows was not significant, and having the coefficients determinant (R2)=2.5% with milk production, The variation days open has no effect on milk production. While the relationship of days open with milk protein was significant (P<0.05), Relationship between service per conception and milk production not significant, and having of a coefficient determinant (R2)=0.02%, it was concluded that v only days open has strong relationship with milk protein contain.
