- Implementing strategy of DOTS program is one of the problems solution encountered by the Department of Health Ponorogo. Background this study raised as to prevent and mitigate the impact of TB in the environment of the Ponorogo community. The study aims to determine the strategy used to improve the effectiveness and efficiency in the implementation of the DOTS program. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Source of data used are primary and secondary data. Data analysis methods used in this research is SWOT analysis, includes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that exist in the implementation of the program to determine the next program implementation strategy. Implementation of the DOTS program in Ponorogo experienced a positive development, but has not been able to achieve maximum results. There are several factors that occur in the application.
