- Pupuk Kaltim Ltd. Co. is one of Indonesian state owned enterprise which held Corporate Social Responsibility in the company in the form of working funds through Partnership and Environment Building Program (Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan). The distributed funds came from the company’s profit each year. This research is performed to find out the implementation of credit management inPartnership and Environment Building Program whether it is optimized or not. This research is using descriptive research with currently-being-used credit distribution procedure, credit implementation, and supervision on distributed credit. The Partnership and Environment Building Program also do 5C analysis (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition of economy) to minimalize Non-Performing Loan (NPL/Kredit Macet). The result shows that the implementation of credit management is quite optimized from the perpective of the appointed procedure, planning, and to credit supervision.
