- The research is aimed to understand the behavior of price and the influence of BI rate, gross domestic product (GDP), circulated currency rate (CCR), exchange rate and foreign debt on inflation rate in Indonesia on period from 2000.1 to 2013.4. Research uses quantitative approach with error correction model (ECM). Statistic test is supported by Software Eviews 6.0. Data type is time series, mainly 14-year quarterly data from Year 2000 to 2013. Result of ECM indicates that BI rate, gross domestic product (GDP), circulated currency rate (CCR), exchange rate and foreign debt have influenced inflation rate in Indonesia on period from 2000.1 to 2013.4. It is confirmed at trust level of 95 %. All independent variables such as BI rate, gross domestic product, circulated currency rate, exchange rate and foreign debt are simultaneously and significantly influencing inflation rate in Indonesia for 0.590347 or
