- Mobility is a major advantage of cellular technology compared with fixed-line telephone. A customer can access the networks for communications wherever they want to. It is major differentiation between cellular technology and fixed-line telephone. The convergence of Telecomunication and Information Technology will make license agreement easy and will not rely on technology or services. Every operator is free to choose the technology that gives more economic value and it can be used to increase their competitive strategy. So, they can sell their services to peoples with affordable cost. One of such techology is Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) which is becoming common technology and it is a new digital cellular technology. CDMA technology uses modern computer processors to operates the conversations in one of specific canal and double spreading with wide segments. So, CDMA technology called Spread Spectrum Technology.
