Dengan fasilitas yang cukup lengkap, sudah semestinya Politeknik Harapan Bersama memiliki informasi profil dan akademik yang menunjang pada setiap program studinya, salah satunya pada program studi D4 Teknik Informatika. oleh karena dengan menggunakan system Development Life Cycle, implementasi sistem e-academic yang dapat menyampaikan informasi profil dan akademik serta terintegrasi dengan web informasi institusi secara online dan realtimeberhasil dibangun.
