- The purpose of this study was to describe how to develop interactive mathematics storybooks with Dienes theory in student. The type of research is development with a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects used were five kindergarten students with low, medium, and high categories. The instruments of data collection used were interviews and validation. The process of developing this storybook includes problem analysis, reviewing theory, compiling Dummy, compiling story books, validation, and revisions. The results of validation and student responses in the category are very good. Suggestions for the next research are that they can be developed for thematic and higher levels so that they can find out how to read and tell stories.
- Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana hasil pengembangan buku cerita interaktif matematika dengan teori Dienes pada siswa. Jenis penelitiannya adalah pengembangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah sepuluh siswa TK dengan kategori rendah, sedang dan tinggi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan validasi. Proses pengembangan buku cerita ini meliputi: analisis permasalahan, mengkaji teori, menyusun Dummy, menyusun buku cerita, validasi dan revisi. Hasil validasi dalam kategori baik, kemudian respon siswa dalam kategori sangat baik.
