- The post agent is service unit of post who manage by another for do in the name of PT.Pos Indonesia empowers itu.Post Agent has been given authority to sell post thing and seal on receipts,the acceptance of common post letter,air post express delivery,post in recorded,post package,special delivery letter,the acceptance limited express etc.This research title is study about responsibility post agent for PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) in delivery letter,is empiris research with make use of primary and secondary data.Respondents are determine purposive;Agen Pos Dahlia,Agen Pos Niata,and Agen Post Surya Sumatera,with criteria post agent has have along time,quantity of consumers and the sender of letter is high and located of research is densenly populated region.This research is done by spreading questionnaires and doing direct interviews to respondents.The data of obtained are processed quantitatively in the form with using deductive method.The result of study shows that species of basic agreement in relationship of law between post agent and PT.Pos Indonesia are;agreement working do together with writing,the contens shows that agent post operate acceptance and the sender of letter or package,also sell post product and get provisi.In the agreement of working do together also contains character agreement who saves package or letter and insurance agreement for increase of consumer service.The responsibility of post agent since acceptance of lette,package authority of post agent,that his duty to take care of them.Thing of this moments,technology is rapidly in communication and transport service sector,so PT.Post must do to in ward looking or out ward looking improvement.So that exist constant.And always ready to look out competitor,as well as capable fulfill claim from consumer another state who usual with certain security,and transparency solution mechanism.
