- PT. Bukit Asam (Persero), Tbk. have produced around 12 million tons coal per year, which the target production is 1.117.500 million tons in May 2011. PTBA also marketed the mine products of various industries both domestically and overseas. Therefore, it is necessary to make the planning of coal fulfillment, so coal has the same specifications with the local market. Total moisture, inherent moisture, volatile matter, total sulfur, calorific value, ash and fixed carbon are the quality parameters are used. In planning for the coal marketing fulfillment, it must be adjusted to specifications of quality and quantity of available coal in the stockpile to market demand, and mining production targets. Coal production of May 2011 has fulfilled the request specification market, where the number of initial stock of 1,363,587 tons. Coal type BA-59 will be sent to PLTU Bukit Asam in the amount of 80,000 tons, coal type BA-63 will be sent to PT. Semen Baturaja with the amount of 15,000 tons, coal type BA-59 will be sent to other industries with the amount of 1,000 tons. So, the final stock will be 1,267,587 tons.
