- In urban area, trash problem have complicated, not only about the quantity of trash more increase but also about the place as the place as the end trash pound (TPA). Core trash problem is anthropocentric which couch human being as the central point. To solve this problem isn’t based on technical case but nontechnical case. This article suggested that to solve the problem can from many perspective, such as consensus, action theory, exchange theory and interactional symbolic theory.
