  • The study of Characterization of Cu(II)-Glycine Complex Compound by Using UV. Vis and FT. IR Spectroscopy has been done. The aim of this research were analysis of the functional group of Cu(II)-glycine complex compound by using FT. IR spectroscopy and its electronic transition by using UV. Vis. The results showed that the maximum wavelength of Cu(II)-glycine complex compound was 700 nm and electronic transition occurred from 2E to 2T2. Cu(II)-glycine complex compound absorbed at wave number of 3250-3400 cm-1, 1600-1590 cm-1 and 763-690 cm-1.
