- Documentation and management of knowledge at PT. Astragraphia using three separate application, such as Docushare,Starfish. and I-log. So, the problem that occured is knowledge input is done more than once and knowledge search is not maximal because the database is not integrated. Therefore the study of the development of knowledge management aims to support the activities of employees to do knowledge sharing and facilitate the knowledge documentation. The system developments methods used is 10-srep knowledge management roadmap, it is a systems development method which is divided into four stages, strating from the preparation and evaluation of infrastructure, analysis and design of knowledge management, knowledge management development, and evaluation The approach that used in this study is a structured approach which is using several support tools such as ERD,DFD, and PDFD..
