  • The riser reactor is one of the most important unit in the Fluid Catalytic Cracking Process. Therefore, detailed knowledge of gas-solid flow and reactions kinetics is crucial to provide an enhanced understanding of the phenomena occuring in FCC Riser Reactors. The performance of FCC Riser Reactor depends on various key parameters such as temperature, catalyst-to-oil ratio(CTO) and feed injector geometry. This study presents a complete analysis involving gas-solid flows and reaction kinetics in the FCC Riser Reactor for steady state. The Eulerian-eulerian multiphase flow and 3 lump kinetic model were assumed in order to simulate three dimensional gas-solid flow and reaction occuring in the riser reactor. It has been described that how FCC parameter such as catalyst-to-oil ratio (CTO) affect the final product distribution
