- The purpose of this research was to investigate business prospect and forecast intrinsic value of stock PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk. which will be undervalued or over valued. Qualitative analysis was used by this research. This research was a case study with primairy data and secondary data where as collection data method was consisted of observation, interview, documentation and literature study. Analysis that was used in this study was called fundamentals analysis with top down approach analysis method. These were been consisted of macro economics, industry analysis of cement in Indonesia and company’s fundamentals analysis of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk. Based on the analysis, forecasting of intrinsic value was counted by most likely scenario where was assumed that average income growth would be 8, 4% YoY. Valuation result of Free Cash Flow to The Firm Method that was used in this research shown that intrinsic value of stock was more 43,23% than the market price (under value).
