- The understanding of gender role separation in family is still low. Many hous chores become women's work load. Our socienty understands the gender role in wrong way and it still strong and cultural. As a result the separation of the gender role in family becomes unfair. In fact, now a day a gteat number of women have involved the ini selves ini a public sector to assist their family. Actually, this condition increasingly demands the separation of the gender role ini family.
